Our posting packs are prepaid, fully tracked end-to-end, and insured up to £1,000. They are handled securely from the moment they leave your hands until they arrive at our facility. You can monitor your parcel online at every stage, and if you need higher cover, we can arrange additional insurance.

If your items are worth more than £750, just let us know. We can send extra postage packs so you can split your items and stay within the insured limit. Alternatively, if you prefer to send everything together, you can increase the insurance at the Post Office when sending your parcel. Simply email us a photo of your receipt, and we’ll refund the full cost of the additional cover.
Yes, we offer a price match on scrap gold from other online gold buyers. To qualify, we’ll need a copy of the written offer showing a clear breakdown of the items, including weight, metal grade, price offered, and the date (which must be within the last 14 days). Please note this applies to scrap gold only and does not include jewellery sold for resale, bullion bars, or coins. Our price match also reflects current market conditions, so any changes in the gold price since the original offer may be considered.
